For one room without offline playback: STREAM costs €9.99 per month, Soundtrack Starter €29 (both billed yearly, excluding VAT). With offline playback: STREAM PRO €29.95 against €55 for Soundtrack Unlimited. With more rooms the difference grows, because Soundtrack charges per room and STREAM PRO covers up to eight rooms.
With neither. Soundtrack's own page about the Netherlands lists the performance rights as ‘not included’, and with BackSound Stream you arrange them yourself too. You do that via mijnlicentie.nl, for Buma/Stemra and Sena at once.
Yes, from STREAM PRO you can bring your Spotify playlists over to BackSound Stream. Soundtrack offers this with Unlimited.
