Can I use Spotify or YouTube in my café?

No. Both allow personal use only, and Spotify names cafés explicitly as an example of what is not allowed. BackSound Stream is licensed for business streaming. The Buma/Stemra and Sena performance licence is yours to arrange via mijnlicentie.nl.

I have no time to manage music. How does that work?

Set it up once: choose playlists per time of day in the scheduler and the player does the rest. Want to change something anyway? You can, from your phone.

Can I play on several devices?

The player runs on a PC, laptop or tablet and sends to your speakers or Sonos. Several rooms become separate zones from one player.

What if the internet drops?

The music carries on from 400 tracks stored on the player. More than a day without a connection, so an outage at your provider does not become silence in the bar.

Who mounts the speakers?

We do, with our own engineers across the country. Speakers, amplifier and cabling we design, supply and install ourselves. A one-off € 169.

Can I bring my own Spotify playlists?

Yes. With STREAM PRO you bring them in one to one. The playlist you built up over years stays, but covered for commercial use.

What if something goes wrong in the evening?

You can call 24 hours a day, weekends included, and you get a person with no menu. We look in remotely and come out if needed; hardware and the call-out charge fall under service and maintenance.
