No. Consumer services like Spotify prohibit use in commercial venues, and Spotify names cafés and restaurants explicitly. BackSound Stream is licensed for business streaming. Every hospitality venue also needs a Buma/Stemra and Sena performance licence via mijnlicentie.nl.

Yes. With the Request App guests look up a song and request it from their own phone. You choose per venue whether requests queue directly or are approved by you first.

Yes. Every room is its own zone with its own playlist, schedule and volume, all from one player. Also to Sonos speakers per room.

The music carries on. 400 tracks are stored on the player itself, enough for a full shift and more. Your guests notice nothing and you do not have to chase it.

We do, with our own engineers across the Netherlands. Speakers, amplifier, cabling — we design it, supply it and connect it. On-site installation is a one-off € 169.

You call +31 88 425 9888, evenings and weekends included. No menu: you get a person. We first look in remotely and come out if needed. All hardware and the call-out charge fall under service and maintenance.

One subscription covers up to eight rooms from a single player, so terrace and dining room together fall within STREAM PRO at € 29.95 a month billed yearly. You do not pay per room, unlike services without multiroom.
